Cogir Real Estate is proud to sponsor the Concordia Real Estate Club, an initiative that helps to shape tomorrow’s leaders!

The youth in our universities are bursting with talent and innovative ideas that will help make sense of tomorrow’s real estate market. The Concordia Real Estate Club is an extraordinary catalyst that links students with real estate industry leaders. This Club allows over 500 real estate-loving students to put in practice what they learned in class. Despite the current situation which has forced the Club to modify the way it does things, it remains quite active and will hold several events, virtual if need be, during the year! Here is a quick overview:

CRECtalks are short, accessible webinars that allow exchanges between industry professionals and participants on a specific real estate subject. Five (5) of these webinars are organized by the Club each year.
The Real Estate Games are a friendly competition in which ambitious university students from all over the province gather under a real estate theme.
Last, but not least, is the Montreal Real Estate Conference which represents a major celebration for fans of real estate issues. Over three days, the biggest names in the industry take part in inclusive discussion panels where students get to share their ideas and their opinions.
