OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE JAZZ ST-BRUNO RETIREMENT RESIDENCE PROJECT

Monday June 15, 2020 OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE JAZZ ST-BRUNO RETIREMENT RESIDENCE PROJECT
Monday June 15, 2020

Martin Murray, the mayor of St-Bruno-de-Montarville, was joined by the president and CEO of COGIR Real Estate, Mathieu Duguay, and Danielle Gratton, quality of life consultant, for the official ground-breaking ceremony.

“This launch is particularly meaningful for me, being a resident of the beautiful municipality of St-Bruno-de-Montarville,” said Mathieu Duguay. “Over the years, I’ve had retirees tell me they wanted to stay in St-Bruno but that there just weren’t enough options for them. This major construction project was designed to meet their needs so they can enjoy their dream retirement in their own community. We are investing more than $85 million in this residence, which will have 266 apartments in a building located right downtown, giving them access to an array of services in and around the residence.”

Jazz St-Bruno residents will be treated to turnkey comfort. Along with contemporary units of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, they will enjoy many common spaces and unique services, including a cozy dining room, bistro, sports bar, pool, bowling alley, library, gym, electric car-sharing system and more. For greater peace of mind, all assisted living services will be provided as needed. The residence will also have a convenient multi-services centre offering a range of professional services.  With a choice location and a multitude of services, Jazz St-Bruno will be a home base for active retirees in the heart of the community and nature.
